Our Managing Partner
Lou Phelps has served as Managing Partner of PC&A since her full acquisition of the firm in 2002.
Over the past 24 years, Lou has achieved remarkable success in launching news websites and print niche products; assisting with divestitures; re-directing operations of existing print and digital news companies; and providing leadership as
the CEO of companies under contract.
She is also the owner of Coastal Georgia's "Savannah Business Journal' which she founded in 1998. Today, over 13,000 readers receive the SBJ's daily newsletter, published seven days a week.
